This consultation is in two parts. Part one sets out the future policy direction for the ETL that BEIS intends to follow and seeks stakeholder views on the approach it describes.  

This survey is Part 2 of this consultation on the Energy Technology List Scheme.  BEIS is seeking views from all interested stakeholders on proposed changes for the 2020 update of the Energy Technology Criteria List (ETCL). 

This is a highly technical consultation on product standards. You don't have to respond to both parts of this consultation.
